Fleming Law Office attorneys handled a motor-vehicle accident case involving personal injuries, involving contested liability for the intersection collision. Plaintiff claimed a soft tissue neck injury, and delayed claim of shoulder impingement. A third-party action was brought against the Plaintiff’s husband, and driver of the car.
